 Pixie Pods is a mobile music, dance, & acrobatics studio serving Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens since 2020. We offer Birthday Parties, Semester Classes, After-School Programming, School Enrichment, & Private Pods! Black Woman Owned✊🏾

Pods are private, small group classes specializing in music, dance, and acrobatics. All you have to do is get a group together, decide a class, location, and time and we take care of the rest! Our Pixie Pods instructors come to you with all of our equipment, music, and class materials!

All of our instructors are highly experienced and trained members of our Pixie Pods Squad! We are fully vaccinated and focused on providing the best care and enrichment to the kids in your life. All staff is trained for each individual program, as well as overall Pixie Pods training. Our instructors are trained professionals in music, dance and the arts!

Pixie Night Out: $30

After-School at PLG/Discovery Kids:  

1 Day semester: $810 ($45/ per day)

2 Day semester: $1,440 ($40/per day)

3 Day semester:  $1,944 ($35/per day)

4 Day Semester:  $2,201 ($31/per day)

School Pickup: +$6/day

After-School at Ft. Greene/South Oxford Space:

1 Day semester: $900 ($50/ per day)

2 Day semester: $1,584 ($44/per day)

3 Day semester:  $2,268 ($42/per day)

4 Day Semester:  $2,880 ($40/per day)

School Pick up: +$10/day

School Break Camps:

Drop in Rate: $190/day

Package Rate: $160/day

Parties:

Classic Party (0-15 kids): $350

Premium Party (0-15 kids): $550

Ultimate Party (0-30 kids): $850

    >20 kids: +$20/child

Rental Space @ Discovery Kids: $600 3/hr

Each Pixie Pods class is 45 minutes in length. All of our classes are EESA (Engaging, Educational, Safe, & Age-Appropriate). We also incorporate the "See-Say-Do-Play" method taught by Discover Dance (visually showing, verbally explaining, tactile tools, and kinesthetic applied play).

All of our classes are open to all genders, positive, inclusive, and free of the manipulation, shame, and fear that often plagues the education and dance worlds.  

Pixie Pods provides all our own props, instruments, mats, etc. that will be needed for class.

Please provide a water bottle, change of clothes, sunscreen, and 2 snacks.

 Yes! Please pack with your child a change of clothes, just in case of the unlikely event of an accident! If your child wears a school uniform of any sort, they should be okay to participate in our activities in their uniform, but if you'd like to provide them with a more comfy set of clothes to wear for class, we can make sure they change 

If your child is attending an after-school pod or any other camp; Yes! Please pack a yummy, nut-free snack from home specifically for Pixie Pods! We do, however, provide a Nature's Bakery Fig Bar of assorted flavors in the event a child does not have a snack from home. Please also make sure your child has a water bottle, that way we can all stay hydrated during our dancing and acrobatic fun! 

Of course! We are very flexible in terms of pick-up and drop off. If you would like to send us a courtesy text, that's cool, but you don't need our permission to take your kid :)

Pixie Pods works with families on an individual basis who would like financial assistance.
