Cancellation Policies

Pixie Pods has a strict no-refund policy. This includes cancellation on our end (sickness, location change, etc.). Any individual can cancel up to 1 hour before start of class, and get account credit. 

If you need to reschedule your whole class, it must be within 30 days of the original class and with the same instructor. If your private POD reschedules less than 7 days prior to class, a $100 service fee will be charged to cover the time of our instructors.  Any individual can cancel up to 1 hour before start of class, and get credit transferred to another class. You may receive a total of (2) total make-up class per semester. 

If you need to reschedule your party, it must be within 30 days of the original party date and with the same instructor. If your party reschedules less than 7 days prior, a $100 service fee will be charged to cover the time of our instructors. 

Notify us up to 7 days before start day, and you will receive Pixie Pod's credit to use for any of our services.  Doesn't expire. All change requests must be sent via email to info@pixiepodskids.com. No credits will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days  in advance. You are eligible for a refund (minus 4% ) for Camps ONLY, If you give at least a 30 days notice.  

Pixie Pods has a strict no-refund policy. If a class needs to be canceled, no refunds will be made. However, If given at least 7 days notice, we will work with your center to schedule a make-up class to a date/time that works with all involved. Make-up classes must take place within 30 days of the original class date.   

We can't hold outside classes if:

• Temperature is below 40 degrees
• It is raining, snowing, or extreme heat.

For inclement weather (outside classes), you are able to reschedule a maximum of (2) times without an added fee. The rescheduled class (1) must take place within 10 days of the original date. If you would like to reschedule the class to a date more than 10 days from the original date, a $100 fee will be charged. If there is inclement weather on the date of the rescheduled class (1), you can reschedule that date once more without an added fee. The rescheduled class (2) must take place within 7 days within the 1st rescheduled class. If it is is more than 7 days from the first rescheduled date, a $100 service fee will be charged. After 2 rescheduled classes due to inclement weather, you must provide an inside space, cancel (full payment will be charged) or reschedule ($100 fee).  We recommend  having a back-up inside space.
