All approved credits are added to your Pixie Pods account as a gift card, and do not expire. Account credit can be used for all of our programs (classes, After-School POD, Pixie Night Out events, camps, Private PODs, and parties). Once issued, account credits cannot be converted into a cash refund or used in a previously scheduled payment plan.
You can receive a refund, minus a 4 percent processing fee, when you cancel at least 30 days before the start date of your session. You can receive account credit when you email or text us by 8:00am on the day of the session to let us know your child will not attend.
You can receive a refund, minus a 4 percent processing fee, when you cancel at least 30 days before the first scheduled session. If your entire POD needs to reschedule, you can move the class to a new date within 30 days of the original class. If your POD reschedules less than 7 days before class, a 100 dollar service fee will be charged to cover instructor time. No credits or make-up classes are issued for Private PODs or Private Camps.
All party deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your party, it must be within 20 days of the original party date and a 150 dollar service fee will be charged to cover the time of our instructors. We cannot reschedule within 48 hours of your party start time
We can't hold outside classes if:
For inclement weather (outside classes), you are able to reschedule a maximum of (2) times without an added fee. The rescheduled class (1) must take place within 10 days of the original date. If you would like to reschedule the class to a date more than 10 days from the original date, a $100 fee will be charged. If there is inclement weather on the date of the rescheduled class (1), you can reschedule that date once more without an added fee. The rescheduled class (2) must take place within 7 days within the 1st rescheduled class. If it is is more than 7 days from the first rescheduled date, a $100 service fee will be charged. After 2 rescheduled classes due to inclement weather, you must provide an inside space, cancel (full payment will be charged) or reschedule ($100 fee). We recommend having a back-up inside space.
