What is Pixie Pods and Where Is Pixie Pods located?

Pixie Pods is a unique mobile kids activity studio that provides private

For ages:0-13. All Genders! BOOK our instructors to come teach in the comfort of your home ( living room, backyard, rooftop, etc.) or your neighborhood (local park, daycare, school, etc.).

How do I book a Pixie Pods Class?

How to book a Class: ONE designated Parent/caregiver from your Pod/Group will book the class (50% deposit required) on our Vagaro Booking site.

They will be shown our Calendar and will be able to request a date/time. The designated Parent/caregiver can login to their Vagaro account any time to edit the booked classes, add more or cancel.

Which EXACT genre you want to book: DANCE, MUSIC, ACRO or BIRTHDAY.
Which EXACT Service you are looking to book: "Private Lessons (1-3 students)", " Private Small Pod/group classes (4-6 students)", "Private Large Pod/group classes (7-10 students)" , or " Private Birthday Classes (1-15 students)" .
At least 3 different times/dates that work for you. P.S: Class is not booked until a 50% deposit is paid.

ONE designated parent/caregiver will Purchase a Package here for the Pod. When logged in, they can book the classes on our Vagaro booking site. It will automatically apply the credits from the package.

How many students do I need to form a Pod?

Only 1! Here are the services you could BOOK:

💙 Private Lesson (1-3 students)

💛 Private Small Pod/Group (4-6 students)

💜 Private Large Pod/Group (7-15 students)

How does Payment work?

Payment:
50% deposit is due at the time of booking. At this time, AMEX is not accepted.
Full payment is due at the end of class. Cash is NOT accepted for payment. Please be present when the class ends. If you aren't please have a designated person to checkout after the class. Our instructor will checkout directly on their mobile phone. There is an option to send it to your phone. Checkout is NOT complete until will receive your signature.

TIPS: You are welcomed to tip any Pixie Pods instructors! Tips are appreciated! You will have the option to add credit card tip when checked out. (not on package classes) Cash tips are accepted as well.

What is your Mask Policy?

NEW COVID-19 Policies: At Pixie Pods, it is our highest priority to ensure that all those who choose to study with us do so as safely as possible. We are closely following all CDC recommended safety procedures.
1. ALL of our Instructors are fully vaccinated! Masks are optional for students, but highly recommended. If you would like your instructor to wear a mask please note on the booking form.

2. If anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms, tested positive, or exposed please cancel class.

If I booked/joined an outside class, what happens during inclement weather?

Our Inclement weather policy:

If it is snowing, raining, or the temperature is below 32 F:

Cancel the class.
Reschedule the class.
Move the class inside to a spacious living room, apartment gym/Lounge room, or rented studio.

If there is a high chance of Inclement weather, you will get an email 24 hours before the start of the class asking you for your choice.

What classes are for girls? which are for boys?

All classes are for all Genders!

Do you have Open classes/ Do you have a class my child could join?

Not at this time! Pixie Pods is all about Private classes. We teach classes to Pods (1-15 students).

Pixie Pods Policies

NEW COVID-19 Policies:

At Pixie Pods, it is our highest priority to ensure that all those who choose to study with us do so as safely as possible.

1. ALL of our Instructors are FULLY VACCINATED and will be masked for inside and outside classes.

2. Inside classes: To ensure the safety of children the safety of children and immunocompromised individuals, Masks and/or face shields are recommended for all humans that are 2 years old and older, but not required. Masks are NOT REQUIRED for fully vaccinated humans. Outside classes: Masks and/or face shields are NOT REQUIRED, but recommended.

3. If anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms or tested positive please cancel class.

Inclement weather: Outside classes

Our Inclement weather policy:
If it is snowing, raining, or the temperature is below 32 F:

Cancel the class.

Cancellations

To be eligible for a refund or class credit, Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours before class starts. After that time period, no refunds or class credits will be made.

Promotional Photos/Videos

Pixie Pods may use photographs and/or video that includes our students in promotional / advertising / website materials and social media. Please communicate this to the other caregivers in your Pod. If you or any other caregiver prefer your child NOT be included, please let us know by writing here and we will make a note of your preference.
